As a Technical Architect – Service Now
, you will make an impact by shaping and governing the architectural foundation of complex, enterprise‑scale Service Now implementations. You will be a valued member of our Digital & Technology / Service Now Practice and collaborate closely with solution architects, delivery teams, clients, and senior business stakeholders.

• Own the end‑to‑end technical architecture for the Service Now platform, ensuring scalability, maintainability, security, and performance across all modules.
• Lead the creation of High‑Level Designs (HLDs) and Low‑Level Designs (LLDs) for complex, global and multi‑instance Service Now environments.
• Translate strategic business and technology objectives into actionable architectural roadmaps and platform blueprints.
• Drive and enforce technical governance, best practices, and architectural standards across all platform initiatives.
• Act as the highest technical escalation point, providing guidance on integrations, performance tuning, security, and data modelling.

• Active Service Now Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – mandatory.
• Fluency in Dutch - Mandatory
• 8+ years of hands‑on experience in Service Now design, development, and implementation.
• 3–5+ years as a Platform or Enterprise Architect delivering large‑scale Service Now programs.
• Deep expertise across multiple Service Now suites (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, Sec Ops).
• Strong knowledge of platform security (ACLs, encryption), scripting (JavaScript/Glide Script), data modelling, Flow Designer, Service Portal, ATF, Integration Hub, Now Experience, Now Assist and Now Create.
• Proven track record designing and governing complex integrations, APIs, and enterprise data models (CMDB, CSDM).
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and presenting architectural decisions at executive level.

• Additional Service Now certifications (CAD, CIS – ITSM/HRSD/ITOM/etc.).
• Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Experience working within Agile and Dev Ops delivery environments.
• Fluency in English & Dutch
  ; knowledge of additional EU languages is a plus.
