AI Expert

Overview

As a new member of the AI Adoption Team you will collaborate to accelerate AI adoption and uncover transformative opportunities across our investment management business. This team will collaborate closely with investment professionals to identify and implement AI solutions—ranging from practical Copilot support for day-to-day efficiency, to advanced agentic tooling for deep research projects—enabling our teams to work smarter, innovate faster, and deliver even greater value to clients and stakeholders.

As an AI Expert, you will help shaping and executing our AI strategy by designing, developing and deploying advanced AI solutions that align with the latest developments in the industry and with current academic insights. With your deep expertise in AI technologies, you will assess, select, and apply the most suitable approaches to address a broad range of complex business challenges.

Beyond hands-on development, you will guide teams in translating business needs into robust, scalable, and ethical AI solutions. If you are passionate about driving innovation and realizing the value of cutting-edge AI for real-world problems, we would love to hear from you!

For this role, we are looking for someone who have hands on experience with testing and/or how to test AI systems and understand their strengths and limitations. You are able to assess whether an AI system is up to the task at hand; you know which questions to ask. You have experience with designing AI agents and agentic networks, and know how to optimize them for results.

You can determine whether a solution can be made with no code (prompting), minor agent configuration or custom engineering. You can communicate these considerations well to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and thrive on making practical impact.
