What you’ll doAs a Junior Account Manager at Adsomnia, you will support and grow advertiser accounts that run campaigns across our different traffic sources. You will work closely with advertisers and internal teams to ensure campaign runs smoothly and performs optimally. This role is ideal for someone early in their career or with initial experience in account management who is eager to grow into a fully independent Account Manager with ownership and strategic advertiser accounts.
At Adsomnia, we actively work on automating operational processes and incorporating AI-driven tools to improve efficiency, decision-making and scalability. As an Account Manager, you will work in an environment where data, automation and AI-supported workflows are increasingly part of daily operations, giving you exposure to modern ways of managing advertiser accounts. As a Junior Account Manager, you will be exposed to AI-supported tools and automated workflows, learning how technology is used to increase efficiency and support better commercial decisions.
Advertiser Account Management
:
Support a portfolio of advertiser accounts and maintain regular communication regarding campaign performance, requirements, feedback and updates;Campaign Coordination
:
Coordinate campaign setups, tracking requirements, creatives, and updates across internal and external traffic sources;Performance Monitoring
:
Monitor campaign KPIs such as volume, conversation rates, lead quality and budget pacing, and identify patterns or opportunities for improvement;Internal Collaboration
:
Work closely with traffic teams, BI, and technical teams to ensure correct execution and alignment on advertiser needs;Reporting and Insights
:
Prepare performance updates and reports that help advertiser and internal teams understand results and next steps.Optimization Support
:
Contribute ideas for testing, optimizations and scaling opportunities based on performance data;Market Research
:
Stay informed about industry trends, advertiser expectations and competitor activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or related field;
- 0-2 years of experience in account management, digital marketing, affiliate marketing or a similar role;
- Strong interest in performance marketing and lead generation;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data;
- Organized and detail-oriented approach to work;
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude;
- Willingness to learn tracking, attribution, and performance tools;
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
