Location: Amsterdam – we work from the office on Mondays and Thursdays; the rest of the week is flexible.

Our Operations team is searching for an intern who loves understanding data and building smart automations. You will be part of our data task force, whose job is to make sure we have accurate, reliable and clean data across the company. You’ll create internal tools and workflow automations that increase efficiency across Data, Operations, Product, Finance, and Marketing. This role is highly practical, expect to dive into no‑code platforms, APIs and data pipelines to eliminate manual work.
Being pro‑active and bringing in ideas and best practices is also a must for this role.
- Build low‑code automations: use platforms like n8n, Zapier or Make to automate repetitive tasks across internal platforms.
- Integrate AI features: incorporate generative‑AI APIs to automate data monitoring, reporting and insights.
- Create internal dashboards: design dashboards in Google Sheets or Quick Sites to monitor automation performance and operational metrics.
- Identify operational bottlenecks: analyse workflows across Commercial, Operations, Support and Product/tech to spot automation opportunities.
- Document processes: record workflows and automation logic in Confluence and maintain clear documentation for teams.
- Troubleshoot and iterate: validate workflows, track outcomes, and refine automations based on feedback.
- Explore new tools: research emerging low‑code and AI platforms and pilot them in small projects.
- Create training sessions: educate internal teams on using AI tools and build training sessions for teams.
- Play a key role in the data task force, cleaning data, reviewing availability & quality.
- Form part of the service delivery team, monitoring platforms, SLA’s and reporting.
- Identify areas of improvement to use AI to improve data quality and reporting.
- Use AI to automate basic reporting.
- Research AI products, guideline and best practises for the company. Help Implement trainings, best practices and learnings.
- Currently studying Business, Computer Science, Engineering or Data and interested in process automation.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to map workflows and identify improvements.
- Hands‑on experience with Zapier, n8n or similar automation platforms, or strong willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets and formulas (Google Sheets or Excel).
- Comfortable working with APIs and webhooks.
- Strong organisational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
- Basic coding knowledge in SQL, Python or JavaScript.
- Experience with data visualisation tools (Quicksite, Tableau, Looker or Power Bi).
- Familiarity with GPT‑based APIs or prompt engineering.
- Hands‑on experience building production AI workflows and automations
- Experience working cross‑functionally with Product, Support, and Operations teams
- Ownership of projects with measurable business impact
- Mentorship from experienced data, product and operations leaders
