ServiceNow Developer

As a Senior Service Now Developer, You Will:

• Design, develop, and implement Service Now workflows, integrations, notifications, and Flow Designer automations
• Lead and support end-to-end Service Now implementations, from requirement gathering to production deployment
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders, providing technical guidance and ensuring solutions meet business needs
• Manage deployments using Source Control, Update Sets, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth and controlled releases
• Actively contribute to defining the Service Now platform vision, roadmap, and optimization opportunities
• Configure and customize ITSM, ITOM, SPM, IRM/Sec Ops, HRSD, and TPRM modules
• Develop and maintain CMDB and Application Performance Management (APM) solutions
• Build and enhance custom scripts and business logic using Service Now scripting frameworks

• 6-10 years of overall IT experience, with extensive hands‑on expertise in Service Now development
• Proven track record of delivering at least one or two full‑cycle Service Now implementations
• Strong expertise in Service Now IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Hands‑on experience with CMDB, APM, and integrations
• Solid experience with Service Now scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, APIs)
• Exposure to ITOM and custom widget development
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and version control in Service Now environments
• Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules

• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Service Now solutions
• Architect and optimize complex workflows and automated processes
• Ensure platform stability, performance, and best practices across environments
  
  Troubleshoot complex issues across integrations, workflows, and scripts
• Continuously evaluate and leverage new Service Now capabilities

• A senior, hands‑on role with strategic influence on Service Now platform direction
• Opportunities to work across multiple Service Now modules and enterprise‑scale implementations
• Exposure to modern Dev Ops practices within the Service Now ecosystem
