DevOps Engineer

• Support deployment, configuration, and operational activities for critical platforms, including operational support as required outside regular business hours.
• Own and support the run and operations aspect of systems, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance.
• Perform Linux system administration, including troubleshooting CPU, memory, disk, and performance-related issues.
• Manage and support on-premise servers and virtual machines (VMs) in production environments.
• Design, write, and maintain Ansible automation, including playbooks, roles, and module concepts.
• Implement and manage monitoring and observability solutions using Grafana and Prometheus, including dashboard creation, alerting, and metrics analysis.
• Build, manage, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops, including pipeline creation, artifacts handling, and branch policy enforcement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to proactively identify issues and continuously improve system stability and operational efficiency.

• 6–8 years of overall experience as a Dev Ops Engineer in enterprise or production environments.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Dev Ops practices, CI/CD, and automation.
• Proven expertise in Linux system administration and production support.
• Solid experience handling on‑prem infrastructure and virtualized environments.
• Hands‑on expertise with Ansible, including writing playbooks, roles, and understanding module concepts.
• Strong experience with monitoring tools, specifically Grafana and Prometheus.
• Practical knowledge of Azure Dev Ops, including pipelines, artifacts, and branch policies.
• Good understanding of RDBMS concepts, including indexes and keys.

• Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve production and infrastructure issues.
• Automate operational tasks using Bash and/or Python scripting.
• Analyze system metrics and logs to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  
  Work effectively in high-availability, mission-critical environments.
• Collaborate efficiently with development, operations, and infrastructure teams.
• Take strong ownership of operational responsibilities with a problem-solving mindset.
