Profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Artificial Intelligence
• At least 2 years of experience delivering technology integration projects based on AI

• Fluency in English
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to present effectively to an audience
• Team spirit, problem‑solving mindset, and ability to work independently
• A strong interest in cutting‑edge technologies and user experience
• Willingness to acquire deep technical expertise and apply it to our clients’ business activities
• Openness to international mobility; previous international experience is a plus
• Creativity and the ability to propose and lead the delivery of new ideas

• Machine/Deep Learning – Machine learning algorithms and platforms, neural networks, generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), custom models, etc.
• Language – Natural Language Processing, machine translation, emotion detection, language identification, classification, etc.
• Vision – Computer vision, object recognition/tracking, face/gender/age/emotion recognition, OCR/handwriting recognition, etc.
• AI Solutions – Virtual agents, robotic process automation, text analytics, video analytics, unique identity/biometrics, inference engines, monitoring and supervision solutions, intelligent search, ontologies/knowledge representation, etc.

• Software Engineering:
  Strong programming and design skills in Python, Node.js, Angular
  
  JS, React, C#/C++, Java, and Web/DB development. Understanding of technical architectures, Dev Ops practices, and state‑of‑the‑art technologies across multiple domains. One or more hands‑on experiences are also required.
• Communication:
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and build credibility.
• Innovation and/or Entrepreneurship:
  Experience in owning, launching, or incubating new ideas and concepts in academic or professional projects. Desire to create new, practical business applications based on innovative technologies.
• Leadership/Management:
  Experience working in teams and potentially managing small groups.
