Technical Support, Systems Engineer

This is what you will do:
ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain applications supporting:
Sales operations (order management, pricing, incentives, dealer systems)
Aftersales operations (service, warranty, parts, repair processes)
Deliver application enhancements, bug fixes, and system optimizations based on approved business requirements
Develop and maintain:
Backend services, APIs, and system integrations
Data flows between CRM, DMS, ERP, and aftersales platforms
Ensure high code quality through:
Clear technical documentation
Appropriate testing and release discipline
Maintainable, scalable, and supportable design
Build and support integrations between internal and external systems (e.g. dealer systems, logistics, finance)
Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and reliability
Act as technical liaison between MSS & ZTE, GEIC or supplier
Collaborate with infrastructure and service teams on:
Cloud or hybrid environments
Application hosting, connectivity, and runtime configuration
Contribute to:
Deployment automation (CI/CD where applicable)
Monitoring and logging setup from an application perspective
Take responsibility for application-level stability and performance in production
Work closely with IT service and infrastructure teams to support:
Incident, problem, and change management processes
Ensure applications support agreed SLAs and operational KPIs, in collaboration with IT services
Proven hands-on experience as an application developer supporting business-critical systems in production environments
Experience developing and maintaining applications supporting:
Sales operations (order management, pricing, incentives, dealer systems), and/or
Aftersales operations (service, warranty, parts, repair processes)
Practical experience with system integration across CRM, DMS, ERP, finance, logistics, or aftersales platforms
Experience working in environments with clear separation between application teams and infrastructure / IT service teams, requiring strong collaboration and coordination
Strong hands-on development experience in Java
Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring / Spring Boot (REST APIs, microservices patterns, dependency injection, configuration management)
Frontend development experience with Vue.js, including component-based UI development and state management
