Mendix Technical Lead

• Lead end-to-end development and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing Mendix applications within Agile teams.
• Drive hands-on development while ensuring adherence to best practices, modular architecture, and Mendix design patterns.
• Provide technical coaching and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers to improve code quality and engineering maturity.
• Conduct code reviews, facilitate solution design discussions, and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Strengthen development standards, improve application maintainability, and optimize performance across Mendix platforms.
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines while ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture and security standards.
• Define and shape the technical roadmap for Mendix initiatives.
• Champion innovation by introducing AI-driven accelerators to enhance development efficiency, automate documentation, and improve testing and release cycles.
• Evaluate emerging Mendix and low-code platform capabilities and recommend adoption strategies.
• Influence engineering culture across teams and drive implementation of modern development frameworks and best practices.
• Provide architectural insights and strategic technical recommendations to senior leadership.

• 8–10 years of overall IT experience, with strong expertise in Mendix application development.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade Mendix solutions in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of low-code platform architecture, integration patterns, and application lifecycle management.
• Experience in mentoring development teams and driving technical excellence.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline setup, automation, and deployment strategies.
• Solid knowledge of performance optimization, security best practices, and scalable solution design.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence technical decisions.
