, you’ll play a key role in shaping the user experience across multiple product initiatives.

• Lead product discovery and design across key initiatives, from early research and concepting to high-fidelity design and validation.

• Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to turn complex problems into clear, usable, and scalable solutions.

• Own the end-to-end design process, including user research, journey mapping, wire framing, prototyping, and usability testing.

• Advocate for the user while balancing business goals and technical constraints.

• Help raise the bar for design quality and consistency across the product.

• 8+ years of experience in Product Design, including experience in B2B SaaS environments.

• A strong portfolio showing shipped products that solve real-world problems and drive positive business outcomes.

• Excellent communication skills — you can clearly explain design decisions and collaborate effectively with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders.

• A systems-thinking mindset, able to simplify complex, abstract problems with many constraints.

• Strong user empathy combined with pragmatic decision-making and a good sense of what’s feasible.

• Comfort working in ambiguity, iterating on feedback, and continuously improving outcomes.

• A genuine enthusiasm for product design and a drive to build the best possible experience for users.
