Whythis role matters
As AI adoption grows, our Operating Companies need support to effectively utilize AI tooling. Your role is crucial in enabling them to do so. You will create and implement community and content strategies that facilitate the adoption of AI tooling, ensuring that our teams have the knowledge and skills needed to drive business success.
Role summaryWe're hiring a hands-on Community & Content Coordinator to support the enablement of AI tooling across our Operating Companies. You will develop and implement community and content strategies, create simple and useful enablement content, and facilitate workshops and projects. Your goal is to empower our teams to work effectively with AI tooling, driving business success and growth.
What you will do- Develop and implement community and content strategies to facilitate the adoption of AI tooling.
- Create enablement content, such as tooling release kits, one-pagers, and community posts.
- Facilitate workshops and projects to support the enablement of AI tooling.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that enablement content and strategies meet business needs.
- Analyze feedback and metrics to continuously improve enablement strategies and content.
- Experience in community and content development, with a focus on enablement and adoption.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Ability to create simple and useful content for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Experience with AI or developer tools is a plus; exposure to Lean Startup or Design Thinking is beneficial.
- Community platforms, CRM/marketing automation, LMS (EdX)
- Project tools (e.g., Odoo, Jira)
- Basic reporting tools (spreadsheets, dashboards)
