One of our trusted international partners is looking for an Agile Coach to join their strategic transformation programme in Amsterdam. In this role, you'll play a key part in embedding agile principles and practices across multiple teams, enabling leadership and teams to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
This position combines hands‑on coaching with strategic influence, including facilitating training, designing measurable coaching plans, and guiding teams through adoption cycles. If you're an experienced agile practitioner with strong facilitation skills and a passion for transformation, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact in a global organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoaching & Enablement
- Embed agile values, principles, and practices into day‑to‑day team operations.
- Design and deliver coaching plans with clear goals and measurable outcomes.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions using "Training from the Back of the Room" techniques.
- Partner with team leadership (Engineering Managers, Product Managers) to define current and target conditions.
- Work closely with trainers and internal coaches to ensure continuity between training and coaching.
- Contribute to a coaching community, sharing insights and best practices.
- Track progress and demonstrate impact against agreed metrics.
- Guide teams through focused 12‑week transformation cycles.
- Identify opportunities to deepen agile capabilities beyond the baseline.
- 3-5 years of experience as an Agile Coach or in Product/Engineering/Delivery roles.
- Deep understanding of agile values, principles, and frameworks.
- Proven ability to create coaching plans and drive sustainable change.
- Skilled in facilitation methods such as Liberating Structures.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Background in Product or Engineering is a plus.
- Experience with scaled agile frameworks and enterprise‑level transformations.
- Ability to coach leaders and teams through cultural and behavioral change.
- Familiarity with psychological safety and team dynamics practices.
