As a Senior Azure Dev Ops Engineer, you will:
- Configure, manage, and maintain Azure Dev Ops projects including pipelines, repositories (Git), environments, and access controls.
- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable, controlled, and auditable deployments.
- Automate build, test, and release processes across multiple environments.
- Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to strengthen Dev Ops practices and improve delivery efficiency.
- Promote a security-first mindset across CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops workflows.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve pipeline performance and reliability.
- Contribute to documentation, standards, and best practices for Dev Ops processes.
- 6–8 years of overall IT experience, with at least 3 years of hands‑on experience in Azure Dev Ops.
- In‑depth expertise in Azure Dev Ops configuration and administration.
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, including build and release pipelines.
- Solid knowledge of Git repositories, branching strategies, and version control best practices.
- Experience managing environments and deployment workflows in Azure Dev Ops.
- Hands‑on exposure to Microsoft Azure and cloud‑based application delivery.
- Design scalable and reusable CI/CD pipelines aligned with enterprise standards.
- Work closely with developers to improve code quality, deployment reliability, and delivery speed.
- Apply security best practices within CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops workflows.
- Adapt to evolving tools, technologies, and delivery models.
- Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and Dev Ops culture within Agile teams.
