Account Manager – IT Services

• Client Relationship Management:
  Own and nurture long-term client relationships.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.

• Regular cadences with client:
  Organise and spearhead weekly, fortnightly or monthly relationship meetings and Q ’s

• Sales Growth:
  Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Identify new business within existing accounts and contribute to revenue growth targets with ability to achieve and exceed agreed revenue targets.

• Strategic Planning:
  Understand client business strategies and proactively propose IT solutions to address pain points and objectives.

• Project Coordination:
  Work closely with delivery, pre-sales, and regional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.

• Contract Management:
  Oversee renewals, negotiations, SLAs, and compliance.

• Forecasting & Reporting:
  Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular reports on account status and growth.

• Market Intelligence:
  Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings

• 4–8 years of experience in account management or client-facing roles within IT, SaaS, or technology services

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's a plus)

• Proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts in Europe

• Strong knowledge of IT services such as cloud, infrastructure, software development, or managed services

• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment by turning challenges into streamlined, efficient processes

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Fluency in English; additional European languages like Dutch, German will be plus

• Willingness to travel within Europe (30%)

• Prior experience working in a multicultural, cross-border team

• Experience with public sector or regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare)

• Familiarity with frameworks like ITIL, Agile, or Dev Ops
