Position: IT Support Analyst (ID:3355)

As a IT Support Analyst, you will:

  • Install, configure, and support desktop systems, laptops, operating systems, and peripherals.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues across Windows environments.
  • Support LAN/WAN infrastructure, IP phones, printers, and Audio-Visual equipment.
  • Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities for desktops, network printers, and related drivers.
  • Manage SCCM-based system deployments, updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Handle desk phone installation, configuration, and user guidance when required.
  • Install and de-install AV equipment and cabling for conference rooms and meeting areas.
  • Issue loaner devices (PCs and peripherals) and maintain asset inventory and stock control.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 6–8 years of hands‑on experience in Desktop Support / End User Computing (EUC) roles.
  • Strong experience with Windows operating systems, desktop hardware, and peripherals.
  • Working knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, connectivity troubleshooting, and IP Phones.
  • Practical experience using SCCM (_SCCM) for device management and support.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple support tasks effectively in a structured environment.
You Should Possess the Ability to:
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues efficiently and independently.
  • Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, networking, and audio‑visual issues.
  • Follow established support processes while maintaining high service quality.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and technical procedures clearly.
  • Adapt quickly to changing IT environments and technology upgrades.
