As a IT Support Analyst, you will:
- Install, configure, and support desktop systems, laptops, operating systems, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues across Windows environments.
- Support LAN/WAN infrastructure, IP phones, printers, and Audio-Visual equipment.
- Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities for desktops, network printers, and related drivers.
- Manage SCCM-based system deployments, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Handle desk phone installation, configuration, and user guidance when required.
- Install and de-install AV equipment and cabling for conference rooms and meeting areas.
- Issue loaner devices (PCs and peripherals) and maintain asset inventory and stock control.
- 6–8 years of hands‑on experience in Desktop Support / End User Computing (EUC) roles.
- Strong experience with Windows operating systems, desktop hardware, and peripherals.
- Working knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, connectivity troubleshooting, and IP Phones.
- Practical experience using SCCM (_SCCM) for device management and support.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple support tasks effectively in a structured environment.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues efficiently and independently.
- Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, networking, and audio‑visual issues.
- Follow established support processes while maintaining high service quality.
- Document issues, resolutions, and technical procedures clearly.
- Adapt quickly to changing IT environments and technology upgrades.
- A structured technical environment with defined EUC and desktop support processes.
- Exposure to enterprise‑level tools, infrastructure, and support operations.
- A role that values strong technical expertise, ownership, and problem‑solving skills.
