A leading software company is seeking a VP of Generative AI Engineering to shape and execute their GenAI strategy and product roadmap. This key role requires driving innovation in AI capabilities and overseeing the development lifecycle of GenAI initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with AI/ML technologies, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to collaborate across teams.

This position requires presence in the Amsterdam office at least three days a week.
