As an Alliances Sales Executive, you’ll be part of our dynamic EY Netherlands Clients & Industries team and work at the intersection of business and technology. Our mission? To accelerate growth through strategic partnerships with leading technology players like Microsoft, SAP, Service Now, and emerging innovators such as Snowflake, Dell, Nvidia, and IBM.
Your main objective is to position EY as the service provider of choice with our clients and drive alliance revenue growth by capturing end‑to‑end multi‑alliance transformation opportunities with a focus on our Microsoft alliance.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading strategic sales initiatives for the Microsoft alliance, acting as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to clients and internal teams.
- Developing and executing targeted sales campaigns to accelerate growth within the Microsoft ecosystem, leveraging EY’s propositions and Microsoft’s technology stack.
- Originating and managing complex deal pursuits, co‑developing strategies with Microsoft and EY account teams to capture multi‑alliance transformation opportunities.
This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on sales execution, requiring agility and strong stakeholder management. You’ll work with cutting‑edge Microsoft technologies and joint offerings to deliver innovative solutions. Expect a dynamic balance between learning and performing—while driving immediate results, you’ll also shape long‑term growth strategies. Time management is key, with peak activity during major deal pursuits, joint planning sessions, and quarterly business reviews.

Our Amsterdam office is located at the Zuidas: a bustling area full of companies. In our Cross Towers, we welcome up to 1,500 people every day. Your skills and strengths | About your unique contribution- At least 8+ years of experience in strategic sales or alliance management within a complex, matrixed environment.
- Proven ability to originate and close complex deals in a matrixed environment – critical for driving revenue growth and positioning EY as the partner of choice.
