As a company we are growing rapidly, and therefore we are looking for a Recruiter who is available for a minimum of 32 hours per week with work location Amsterdam.
What will you perform?- Searching: Actively approach candidates through Linked In and maintain contacts so that your pipeline is filled. Your focus is on approaching candidates for the Service Line Portfolio (Awareness, Behavior, Crisis, DFIR, Training, and Secondment).
- Selection: You screen candidates by phone on CV, motivation, willingness to travel and salary. In addition, you plan job interviews and you are the contact for candidates during the recruitment process. At the end of the process you make and send the job offer and coordinate the negotiations.
- Employer Branding: Develop our Employer Value Proposition and content creation such as blogs, social media posts and videos to attract potential candidates.
- Campus Recruitment: You know how to spot, engage and captivate talent. Even while studying. You perform this by, among other things, being present at career events and organizing student workshops.
- Work experience in (online) recruitment and working as e.g. recruiter, headhunter or sourcing specialist.
- You preferably have experience with employer branding and social media holds no secrets for you.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- At least higher vocational education level.
- Experience with searching through Linked In.
- You have excellent oral and written skills in Dutch & English.
