Role Overview

The Senior HRBP will act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across Corporate Services, aligning people strategy with business goals and driving organisational performance in a fast-scaling AI infrastructure environment. This role will play a pivotal part in elevating the capability of the HRBP function, strengthening leadership effectiveness and shaping a high-performance culture as the organisation continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Business Partnership
  • Partner with senior leaders to understand business objectives, operational challenges and future workforce needs.
  • Influence decision-making with clarity, confidence and data-driven insights.
  • Drive a people agenda that supports high performance, organisational resilience and long-term growth in a scaling environment.
  • Lead or contribute to organisational design efforts across Corporate Services (Legal, Finance, Security, Communications).
  • Support workforce planning, succession planning and capability building across a population of c.200 employees.
  • Identify skill gaps and develop talent strategies to attract, grow and retain diverse, high‑calibre talent.
Performance & Development
  • Coach senior leaders on performance, feedback and team development.
  • Lead the Corporate Services HRBP.
  • Lead execution of performance cycles, ensuring consistency, fairness and alignment with organisational goals.
  • Champion leadership development and continuous learning across functions.
Employee Relations & Culture
  • Lead complex employee relations matters, with strong knowledge of Dutch labour law, agreements and risk assessment.
  • Build trust quickly and navigate a direct, fast‑paced stakeholder environment with resilience and professionalism.
  • Support cultural development, engagement and change management initiatives across a multinational team.
  • Ensure effective local delivery of global HR programmes (performance, reward, engagement, DEI, L&D).
  • Adapt global initiatives to local context while maintaining alignment with central People strategy.
  • Act as a connector between the business and HR Centres of Excellence.
Data-Driven HR
  • Use people analytics to identify trends, risks and opportunities across Corporate Services.
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations that improve organisational health.
  • Support business cases and strategic decisions with high-quality insights.
Key Qualifications & Experience
  • 7–12 years of HR experience, including 3+ years as an HRBP supporting senior stakeholders.
  • Strong background in organisational design, strategic partnering and influencing at leadership level.
  • Proven ability to operate in a scaling, fast‑paced or matrixed environment.
  • Advanced employee relations experience, including Dutch labour law expertise.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field.
  • Experience working across multicultural or cross-border teams is advantageous.
  • Strong business acumen and organisational awareness.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance short‑and long‑term priorities.
  • Confident, resilient and able to challenge constructively.
  • Ability to influence, engage and build trust at senior levels.
  • Problem‑solving mindset with a data‑driven approach.
  • Strong ownership, proactivity and adaptability in a high‑growth environment.
