Je bouwt aan je eigen business binnen Good Company. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het vinden, overtuigen en begeleiden van topkandidaten en het matchen met de meest vooruitstrevende bedrijven in Nederland. Van scale-ups tot multinationals, jij bent de schakel tussen talent en groei.
- Je onderhoudt en bouwt klantrelaties, vaak met namen waar je trots op bent.
- Je spot kansen en durft ze te pakken, of het nu gaat om een klant die je zelf benadert of een rol die je samen met het team invult.
- Je runt het hele proces, van intake tot deal.
- Je werkt intensief samen met je collega’s, want bij ons geldt:
