Overview
Your role will be instrumental in leveraging the power of People Analytics to drive data informed insights, build a community of people analytics experts, and collaborate with senior business leaders to enhance business performance through HR metrics.
As part of the increasing investments in people analytics at JDE we’ve just launched Visier as our HR analytics platform, to a very enthusiastic reception by the community. As we continue to invest in people analytics, you will be key in developing the next steps in that journey.
One of the next steps is the development & deployment of a robust data literacy program. You’ll be the driving force behind the program to upskill the entire HR function at JDE and once complete, a further deployment to managers & associates.
The second element to your role is a strong contribution to the listening strategy; we’ve implemented Qualtrics and started collecting employee lifecycle feedback from our associates. There’s a wealth of information that our associates will be sharing with us, it’s key we listen to the voice of our associates.
The third element to your role is to lead by example, getting hands-on with HR metrics and working with business stakeholders at the highest level of the organization to improve business performance. The best practices you develop here will become the standard on how we deploy analytics in the organization.
Should you have done all of the above before, that’s great, but it’s not a must; we’re much more interested in your growth mindset and ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders. There’s a strong foundation set with the recent & future investments and a great team that can help you get up to speed in no-time.
Responsibilities- Data Literacy Program:
Design and implement comprehensive training modules to enhance data literacy skills within the HR team, ensuring a deep understanding of data concepts, analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making processes - Strategic Partnership:
Collaborate closely with senior business leaders to understand their strategic goals and align HR metrics with overall business objectives. - Provide data-driven recommendations that support the decision-making process on talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
- Contribute to the further development & deployment of the listening strategy, developing best practices and leveraging the insights for interventions, policy changes and enhanced business performance
- Community Building:
Cultivate a community of people analytics experts within the organization, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices in people analytics. - Organize regular workshops, training sessions, encourage sharing of best practices in the community and drive collaborative projects to elevate the analytics acumen across HR and related departments
- Data-driven Insights:
Harness the power of Visier to analyze and interpret HR-related data, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities that influence business performance. - Translate complex data findings into clear and compelling insights that guide HR strategies and initiatives.
- HR Metrics and Reporting:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive suite of dashboards with HR metrics and KPIs using Visier, to which the HR function and stakeholders will have direct access (self-service). This includes management dashboards, monthly management reviews & quarterly business reviews - Continuously review and improve the metrics to ensure they align with evolving business needs
Our technology landscape consists of Success Factors, Smart Recruiters, Qualtrics, Visier and local time/attendance & payroll systems.
QualificationsWe are looking for an individual that has a growth mindset with a drive for excellence & great analytics capabilities. Someone that holds themselves accountable and doesn’t shy away from responsibility. Given the nature of the role we feel it s important for you to have a certain level of seniority as well as a solid understanding of your own added value.
Key qualifications:
