Talent Sourcer German​/English

Overview

As a talent sourcer, you will be involved in the first stage of the recruitment process. The primary working language within the company is English; however, proficiency in German is required when approaching candidates for the German market.

• Recruiting and selecting top talent (e.g. via Linked In);
• Managing social media channels and ensuring that (young) professionals get to know the company in a creative way;
• Building and maintaining a talent pool;
• Selecting and engaging professionals.

The assignment is for a minimum of 6 months. There is a possibility that the contract will be extended after this period.

Our client is a global trading house for commodities in the heart of the financial district of Amsterdam. They are currently the global market leader within this playing field. With offices in Amsterdam, New York, Shanghai, Singapore and Paris our client helps companies in more than 40 countries with their energy transition.

They connect supply and demand of environmental certificates and physical products around the world. This includes certification for energy efficiency, certificates for renewable energy and CO2 emission rights.

• Has excellent German skills and a professional level of English;
• Lives in the Amsterdam area;
• Is eligible to work in the Netherlands without sponsorship;
• Is available to work 32 hours per week;
• Has experience with, or affinity for, recruitment (e.g. via an HR-related study or previous work/internship).

• Gross monthly starting salary between € 2.560 and € 2.690 (excluding reservations), based on experience;
