The roleWe are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help grow our Zeekr and Geely Auto Europe teams. You will partner with both the Country organizations and EU central teams to attract, engage, and hire the best talent for our growing EU businesses.
This is what you will do:- Proactively partner with hiring teams and country market leads to engage and attract the best talent for Zeekr & Geely Auto brands in Europe.
- You will conduct initial candidate assessments, including resume/CV reviews and phone screenings, to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the role.
- Nurture and maintain positive and professional relationships with candidates, providing them with timely feedback and updates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to create talent pipelines for volume and strategic hires.
- Build and extend job offers to successful candidates, negotiate compensation packages, and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into Zeekr and Geely Auto brands.
- Use market data and anecdotal data to influence and engage your hiring teams, country market leads, and stakeholders across HR, legal, and finance.
- Extensive end-to-end recruitment experience, with a focus on hiring across commercial functions including sales, marketing, supply chain, and corporate functions.
- Fluent in English. Other European languages are beneficial, but not essential. Chinese language is also beneficial.
- Experience partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders up to functional leadership/country leadership level.
- Proven proactive sourcing capabilities, with a track record of attracting passive talent.
- Experience building talent pipelines for key strategic and volume roles.
- Proactive mindset and a passion for high quality delivery for both hiring teams and candidates.
- A proven ability to make data driven decisions to solve problems and improve outcomes.
- Multi-country recruiting experience is preferred, but not essential.
