We’re looking for a colleague to join our EMEA Human Resources Team in the position of HR Generalist. The HR Generalist is responsible for managing all tasks along the employee life cycle and supporting leaders in all HR related matters.

Main Responsibilities:

• Initial point of contact for Warehouse leaders and employees on daily employment matters
• Administration of employee lifecycle processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development and offboarding, including the creation of relevant documents
• Data management for employees in the warehouse and global HR systems, such as Absence Management and Oracle Fusion
• Support global compensation processes by generating reports and reviewing data
• Preparation of payroll in cooperation with the payroll service provider
• Supporting the local HRBP with process updates and rollouts in the Warehouse

What we are looking for:

• At least 3 years of HR Generalist/HR Admin experience, ideally in a similar position in a blue-collar environment
• Expert knowledge of local labor law
• Fluency in English and Dutch is must
• Analytical skills, attention to detail and focus on results
• Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good Excel skills and competent Office skills
