Where you’ll make a difference
  • Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment funnel for the Netherlands, specifically focusing on attracting and hiring high‑potential working students and juniors.

  • Conduct screenings and interviews to identify top talent, ensuring a seamless match for both technical skills and cultural fit.

  • Champion an excellent candidate experience by acting as the main point of contact and guiding candidates throughout the hiring journey.

  • Drive recruitment initiatives and collaborate with the events team and talent scouts to expand our network.

  • Optimize the recruitment process by continuously analyzing our methods and implementing improvements to ensure it remains seamless, enjoyable, and effective.

  • Act as the trusted face of the Dutch office, serving as the go‑to contact for both candidates and employees.
