Join as Guest Services Manager - Night at Wilde, a thriving aparthotel operator with multiple new openings each year across iconic European cities such as London, Berlin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, and Vienna.
You will work with Guest Services Hosts and the wider team across public areas, lobby, reception and R&B spaces. Embrace a high‑paced, evolving environment with enthusiasm and curiosity.

Qualifications
2+ years experience in a similar role, ideally within the lifestyle hotel or hospitality sector
Knowledge of Front Office operations
Some previous F&B/Barista experience preferred, but training can be provided
Responsibilities
Lead the team in welcoming guests and maintaining a fun, fresh, and fast‑paced environment across lobby, bar, and host stand.
Represent Wilde as the face of the brand, showcasing enthusiasm, energy, and flair.
Deliver excellent service by communicating with multiple departments and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Set the mood and atmosphere, adjusting lighting, volume and overall cleanliness.
Manage every shift – opening, swinging, closing – keeping operations seamless and addressing health & safety and complaints.
Promote continuous improvement and innovation to enhance guest experience.
Foster a culture of respect, inclusivity and kindness among team members.
Engage with the community through local charity events and initiatives.
