Een zorgorganisatie in Noord-Holland zoekt een verpleegkundig triagist. In deze rol ondersteun je verwijzers en zorg je voor snel juiste zorg aan kwetsbare ouderen. Je maakt indicaties en vertaalt informatie naar deskundig advies. Vereist zijn een HBO-V diploma en ervaring in de ouderenzorg. Er wordt een contract voor 24-28 uur aangeboden, met mogelijkheden om uit te breiden. Salaris conform CAO VVT schaal FWG 50 en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering worden geboden.
