In deze rol behandel je (jong) volwassenen met psychische klachten en stel je behandelplannen op. Je coördineert de zorg en werkt samen met ketenpartners. Een BIG-registratie is vereist en er zijn mogelijkheden voor thuiswerken. Een prettige werksfeer, goede arbeidsvoorwaarden en een dienstverband voor onbepaalde tijd worden geboden.
