Een zorgorganisatie in de regio zoekt een Persoonlijk Begeleider voor 24 uur per week. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de begeleiding van cliënten met lichte verstandelijke beperkingen in verschillende omgevingen. Een MBO-niveau 4 diploma in Zorg & Welzijn is vereist, evenals sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om structuur te bieden. Bij goed functioneren kan het jaarcontract worden omgezet naar een vast dienstverband met aantrekkelijke voorwaarden.
