Een zorgorganisatie in Amsterdam zoekt een Begeleider Community & Zorg voor 28-32 uur per week. Je zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor het ondersteunen van bewoners met een (licht) verstandelijke beperking in hun dagelijkse leven. Een afgeronde MBO of HBO opleiding in de zorg en ruime ervaring in de gehandicaptenzorg zijn vereist. Wij bieden een contract voor onbepaalde tijd en mogelijkheden voor ontwikkeling.
