Een vooruitstrevende organisatie in de geestelijke gezondheidszorg zoekt een verpleegkundig specialist voor de polikliniek Persoonlijkheidsstoornissen in Amsterdam. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor zorgcoördinatie, diagnostiek en het opstellen van behandelplannen. Je werkt samen met een multidisciplinair team en biedt zorg aan volwassenen met complexe psychische klachten. Deze rol biedt de kans om je verder te ontwikkelen in een ondersteunende omgeving, waar jouw kennis en ervaring van groot belang zijn.
Als regiebehandelaar draag je bij aan de toekomst van de zorg en help je cliënten hun autonomie te herwinnen.
