Een zorgorganisatie in Amsterdam zoekt een instroomfunctionaris om de hulpvraag van cliënten met psychiatrische kwetsbaarheid te matchen met passend aanbod. Je verzorgt intakegesprekken, beheert wachtlijsten en stemt zorg af met interne en externe partijen. Een HBO werk- en denkniveau, kennis van psychiatrische ziektebeelden en communicatieve vaardigheden zijn vereist. Dit biedt ruimte voor hybride werken en een salaris tussen €3.461,- en €5.157,- bruto per maand.
