Een zorgorganisatie in Amsterdam zoekt een Coördinerend Begeleider voor 24-32 uur per week. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het ondersteunen van bewoners met een licht verstandelijke beperking en coördineert hun zorgvragen. Je hebt een mbo-4 of hbo-opleiding in Zorg & Welzijn nodig en ervaring met LVB. Dit geeft je de kans om impact te maken in de levens van de bewoners en bij te dragen aan een positieve gemeenschap.
Wij bieden een salaris volgens CAO en een contract voor onbepaalde tijd.
