The EMEA Lead of FP&A – Wholesale will be a key member of this team reporting directly to the EMEA Snr Manager Wholesale & Distributor of FP&A. The role provides strategic and financial support for our EMEA Wholesale business. The role manages the full P&L and partners with key commercial leaders across the region.

The primary responsibilities include strategic support, long term and short‑term planning, financial reporting, financial management, and target‑setting and tracking. The end result is the achievement of short and long‑term financial metrics and a balanced long‑term plan aligned to the broader EMEA strategy.

Your Impact
  • Responsible for WHS Financial Planning cycles working across cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate forecasting of revenue and margin
  • Work with Snr Manager of FP&A and regional leadership team to develop long‑range strategic plan for the wholesale channel, ensuring financial plan reflects regional and channel strategy across key European markets
  • Manage the quarterly forecast submissions as well as the in‑month latest estimate updates, focusing on channel and country plans; interpret outlook and advise management on risk and opportunities
Business Analytics
  • Provide financial leadership, P&L management, and strategic support for the EMEA commercial team.
  • Interpret, analyze, and review financial results and KPIs to provide recommendations, ensure accountability and drive performance
  • Management and performance reporting; giving business updates on performance and outlining and defining actions
  • Provide financial and strategic business support through interaction with cross‑functional customer teams; drive education and evaluation of business results and development of growth initiatives.
Investment Analytics
  • Complete ROI and capital asset requests supporting key investments for the channel such as new space investment, platform enhancements, etc
  • Conduct channel and country ROI assessments to ensure capital is invested in the highest return opportunities
  • Track sales performance and conduct post‑investment analytics to support decision making
  • Support business development initiatives (e.g. product launches, entrance to new distribution, partners and markets, etc.) through strategic analysis, investment optimization analytics, valuation, and financial due diligence
  • Provide ad hoc business development and financial support for new business ideas (consignment model, ROI assessment, capital spend requests)
Qualifications
  • BA/BS required
  • +5 years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A or Accounting.
  • P&L ownership and influence
  • Team player with demonstrated ability to influence others outside of their direct reporting lines.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem‑solving, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and articulate ideas, financial results, and actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, willingness to “do what it takes” to get the job done‑done‑done, and commitment to challenging the status‑quo to make things better.
  • Expertise in Excel, financial modeling, cash flow valuation, scenario/sensitivity analysis, and ROI, NPV, and IRR analyses.
