Senior Tax Manager

My client a global technology leader, is seeking an experienced Senior Manger Tax professional to lead tax reporting, compliance, and strategic tax initiatives across its European operations. This senior manager-level role offers significant influence, high visibility, and the chance to shape the group’s tax strategy with a particular focus on Dutch tax matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Dutch Corporate Income Tax compliance and quarterly tax provisioning (ASC 740 & IAS 12).

Act as primary liaison with the Dutch Tax Authorities, including audit support and Horizontal Monitoring.

Drive strategic tax initiatives, modelling and forecasting, and contribute to global tax projects.

Support transfer pricing, DAC6/MDR obligations, and tax‑technology enhancements.

Promote tax awareness and contribute to technical training within the global tax team.

About You:

8-10+ years’ experience in an international tax environment or Big 4.

Strong technical tax knowledge with expertise in Dutch and international tax.

Fluent in English and Dutch.

Collaborative, commercially minded, and able to lead complex projects independently.
