The role
As Treasury Specialist, you will be participating in managing and strengthening treasury operations in our expansion in European markets. Working closely with regional business team, finance team and external financial institutes, you will be a key role for daily treasury activities, including account balance monitoring, payment making and communicating with external banks.

You will have opportunity in managing cross border payment and cash management, bank guarantee, international settlement. You will have a strong connection with different function team, providing settlement solution and payment support from treasury management perspective.

This is what you will do:

• Initiate payment instruction on online banking, move money between accounts and entities to make sure sufficient cash balance to cover upcoming expenses.
• Check incoming payment and collect transaction receipt, bank statement on online banking, provide to sales team and accounting team for record.
• Monitor cash position for each entity, and clear the vehicle invoice periodically.
• Manage multi-currency exposures and make currency conversion on liquidity needs.
• Apply for bank guarantee and letter of credit to facilitate business activities.

Bank Account Management:

• Prepare and operate bank account opening and closing with cooperating bank in a timely manner.
• Check cash balance and generate monthly balance report to HQ treasury team.
• Prepare and implement host‑to‑host connection with bank.
• Take responsibility in bank KYC process, and periodic bank reviews.

Cashflow Forecast:

• Prepare monthly actual cash inflow and cash outflow report, make the difference analysis between forecast and actual figures.
• Make cashflow forecast per currency for the rest months of the year, and report to HQ treasury team.
• Monitor the forecasted cash position per currency, make early warning in case of liquidity shortage.

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

• 2-3 years prior experience in a Corporate Treasury Management role, preferably in an automotive or scale‑up environment.
• Have previous experience in using different treasury instruments and products relevant to cash management, FX and bank guarantee.
• Recognized as strong team player and appreciated for collaboration and business partnering skills.
• Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent English Language skills. German or French proficiency is a nice‑to‑have, but not a must.
• Advanced in MS Excel and Power Points.
• Familiar with Power BI or other BI tools.
