Your Role | What You'll Be Doing

You will work in multi-disciplinary teams for some of the biggest and most recognized brands in the world, leading projects to help drive their business performance and digital finance transformation agendas. Our team utilizes Global Business Services (GBS) to help clients centralize and streamline their support functions, while also focusing on Financial Operations (Fin Ops) to optimize financial processes, ensuring efficiency and accountability in managing their resources.

Next to our focus on GBS and Fin Ops, our team supports clients around business planning, reporting, and analytics (BPR&A). Together, we focus on aligning finance functions with business goals, ensuring our solutions support both functional excellence and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

Commercial:

• As a Director, your key role will be to work with the current leadership team to drive business growth by drawing on your knowledge, expertise, skills and entrepreneurial mindset.
• You will be responsible for delivering a Go-To-Market for Global Business Services in line with the EY vision and mission.
• You will grow our business through building valued relationships with external clients and position EY in the market through thought leadership and point of views. This in combination with the EY vision on Finance Transformation will allow you to provide innovative insights for clients, adapting our service offerings, solutions, and methods to fit the operational teams and cultural needs.

Delivery:

• You will be responsible for the delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder projects that improve our client’s business performance. You will deliver high-end quality in every step of our projects and prepare clients for a digital future.
• You successfully articulate, design, and implement a vision for GB and “case for change” that draws on innovative global technology trends, leading practice and service innovation.
• You will oversee and ensure the successful execution of end-to-end GBS transformation programs, while actively managing and mitigating risks.
• You will lead High-Performing teams:
  Motivate and manage diverse, high-performing teams aligned with EY’s values. You are a true people manager and can bring the EY Transformative Leadership model to life.
• You will lead GBS Transition and Transformation Initiatives:
  Collaborate with clients to assess their current GBS delivery model, develop and implement GBS operating models, processes and governance structures that align with clients’ business objectives
