We specialize in electronic music and manage the largest online dance community in the world, with more than 12 million followers across social media. In addition, we have our own You Tube channel, Spinnin' TV, counting more than 30 million subscribers and over 18 billion views.

As a Catalogue Manager at Spinnin’ Records, you are the guardian and growth engine of one of the most iconic dance music catalogues in the world. You don’t just "manage" assets; you breathe new life into them within a rapidly evolving digital landscape. You will bridge the gap between creative marketing, data analysis, and commercial exploitation to extend the lifecycle of our repertoire and reach new global audiences.

• Strategic Oversight: Develop and execute innovative catalogue strategies, leveraging artist/label input and Warner Music Group’s global best practices.
• Trend Execution: Create actionable plans to move quickly on cultural, social (Tik Tok/Reels), and streaming trends to ensure our repertoire remains relevant.
• Campaign Development: Design and lead artist-specific and genre-based catalogue campaigns in collaboration with frontline teams.
• Physical Product Strategy: Formulate and execute a plan to re-issue physical releases (vinyl/collectors' items) for our key catalogue properties.
• DSP Optimization: Partner with internal DSP teams to drive digital strategies and maximize visibility across platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, and Amazon Music.
• Innovation & AI: Monitor and study AI opportunities for catalogue application.
• Business Development: Collaborate with Business Affairs and Finance to identify deals for renewal and potential catalogue acquisitions.
• Cross-Departmental Synergy: Work with Sync and Brand teams to explore international partnerships and licensing deals.

• Experience: At least 5-5 years of experience in the (dance) music industry, specifically within catalogue exploitation.
• Industry Knowledge: Deeply knowledgeable about the current catalogue market, marketing trends, and the specific Spinnin’ repertoire.
• Data-Fluent: You are adept with research, insights, and measurement tools. You can read dashboards to spot growth opportunities where others see only numbers.
• Project Management: Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to balance multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
• Communication: A strong team player with excellent communication skills, capable of navigating a complex international corporate environment.
