About the Role

This evergreen position is designed to grow our talent pool for future hiring needs. Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head of Support in the development of the current knowledge base of support articles.
• Assist in the development of the support website.
• Gather user feedback and questions to create new support articles.
• Answer user queries through Zendesk, Telegram, and Twitter.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in a support role, preferably in the video game or web3 industry.
• Above basic knowledge of cryptocurrency, NFTs, and/or blockchain technology, understanding their relevance and application within the gaming sector.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to generate high-quality educational resources for our users and team.
• Work collaboratively with our product team and engineers to understand, prioritize, and implement user feedback.
