We are partnering with a global leader in energy technology and power electronics to recruit an experienced Senior Sales Manager – Power Conditioning Systems (PCS). This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the growth of advanced energy storage and power conversion solutions across Europe.
Our client operates internationally with a strong focus on renewable energy, energy storage, EV infrastructure, and smart energy solutions, supporting the transition toward a more sustainable energy ecosystem.
The Opportunity
As Senior Sales Manager – PC, you will drive the commercial strategy and market expansion of power conditioning systems and energy storage solutions. Working closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams, you will identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and support the deployment of innovative PCS technologies.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong mix of technical knowledge in power electronics or BESS and proven commercial success in the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Power Conditioning Systems (PCS)
Identify and secure new business opportunities within renewable energy and energy storage markets
Build and maintain relationships with utilities, developers, EPCs, and technology partners
Provide technical and commercial expertise for PCS, inverter, and BESS solutions
Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to optimize solutions and performance
Support project feasibility studies, business cases, and solution design
Track market trends and emerging technologies within the energy storage ecosystem
Lead strategic sales initiatives and contribute to long‑term business growth
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or similar
10+ years of experience within the energy, PCS, inverter, or BESS industry
Proven success in business development and technical sales
Strong knowledge of power electronics, grid integration, and energy storage systems
Experience working with renewable energy developers, utilities, or EPCs
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Fluent in English (additional European languages are an advantage)
