YOUR CHALLENGES
We are currently looking for an IV Installation Responsible person, High and Low Voltage. As IV, High and Low Voltage, you will be part of the CBRE team responsible for the management and maintenance of building-related installations on location.
CBRE provides the technical management for the location of this Data Center with the aim of ensuring optimum and safe operation of these locations. This involves a variety of installations such as climate mechanical and electrical engineering. All forms of building technology are present in these premises for the users. Besides the daily management of the technical installations, CBRE also provides an annual MJOP and various technical projects.
What will you do?
As Installation Manager, you are directly responsible for the safe operational management of the electricity supply systems, installations and work equipment assigned to you. You are the manager and therefore responsible for the maintenance, correct operation and maximum availability. You do this from a commissioning role and by drafting policies and setting standards.
The tasks of an Installation Manager include
Providing instructions and advising in training
Drawing up maintenance and operating procedures with the priority of a safe and undisturbed energy supply
Checking execution and control measures of parties carrying out work on systems for which you are responsible (e.g. checking a switch plan)
Participating in projects involving changes to electrical systems. Your task is to review designs and give permission for implementation
Reviewing the locking plan of electrical systems
Drawing up improvement proposals and advising in the LTMP
Collaborating on installations on an exceptional or occasional basis
You will also be responsible for up-to-date drawing and documentation management
YOUR PROFILE
HBO working and thinking level and have at least a completed technical education at MBO-4 level in the field of electrical engineering
At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in managing electrical installations
Good advisory and communication skills are solution-oriented
A valid Stipel certificate IV/WV High and Low Voltage (NEN 3140 & 3840)
VCA-VOL
Thorough knowledge of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing
You have a high regard for safety and apply this in your daily work to ensure the safety of others
You can work well together and have a solution-oriented attitude. You can take people from technology in the desired direction. Finally, you are also able to empathize with organizational, legal and financial frameworks of a project and the organization
