Master's degree
Requirements:
Engineering Master's degree, preferably in Chemical Technology, Biochemistry, or Process Technology.
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience in pharmaceutical process engineering, manufacturing, and validation preferred.
Knowledge of project management systems and tools (e.g., MS Office, MS Project).
Familiarity with project management methodologies and GxP, cGMP procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Experience with risk management tools such as HAZOP/FMEA.
Knowledge and experience in plasma or other proteins manufacturing environment is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent planning, communication, and organizational abilities.
Ability to multitask, set priorities, and coach multidisciplinary teams.
Proactive, flexible, and hands-on mentality with a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities:  We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee large, long-term multidisciplinary projects within our strategic portfolio. In this role, you will provide functional leadership to project teams, ensuring successful delivery that aligns with business objectives.
Initiate projects and identify sponsors and stakeholders.
Coordinate project proposals and plans, ensuring clear communication.
Define project scope, tasks, activities, roles, and responsibilities.
Prepare project budgets and business cases.
Conduct risk analyses and manage project timelines and deliverable quality.
Manage project engineering, ensuring compliance with objectives and specifications.
Deliver projects within budget, schedule, and scope, adhering to project management standards.
Analyze the impact of changes and make decisions to achieve strategic objectives.
Identify and address problems and risks, involving sponsors and stakeholders as needed.
Act as the main point of contact for sponsors and stakeholders, providing regular progress reports.
Promote sponsor and stakeholder interests and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
Evaluate projects, report benefits, and document lessons learned.
Present project results to sponsors and stakeholders.
Ensure proper transfer and archiving of project results.
