As Business Manager, you will be the driving force behind the further development of our consulting activities in the Netherlands. You will engage in further development of our services and our product portfolio in the Engineering and IT domain and expand our radius of action in the industrial sectors we serve, mainly centered around Aerospace, Defence, and Naval technology.

Responsibilities:

This includes the planning, development, and implementation of all relevant business activities.

You will develop new customer accounts as part of the acquisition process and continuously expand them, in line with our group's targets.

In doing so, you will ensure effective utilization and growth of your operational team.

You will be responsible for preparing technical and commercial proposals and taking the necessary measures to meet financial targets.

Furthermore, you will ensure the qualification and further training of your employees.

In addition, you will support international sales campaigns, group events, marketing strategies, and internal and external audits.

Qualifications:

You bring relevant experience in the provision of technical services and consulting sector (engineering and IT), including P&L responsibility, preferably in cooperation with clients in the Aerospace, Defence, or Naval industry.

You have successfully completed a degree in engineering, computer science, business management, or a comparable qualification.

Maintaining customer relations, driving sales, and developing your business are your main passions.

You possess a good technical background, coupled with commercial acumen and leadership skills.

You recognize talent and promote the very best out of each.

As a team player, you cooperate closely, openly, and transparently with the rest of our corporation to secure we collectively achieve our global targets.

Experience with ISO
9001, ISO 27001, OHSAS 18001, or similar management systems is an advantage.

Fluency in Dutch and English is a must; fluency in French and German is an advantage.
