Technical Sales Engineer - RF Test & Measurement

We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer with a strong background in RF Test & Measurement. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of work experience and a passion for sales. This position offers a great opportunity to apply technical and sales skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in one or more of the following sectors RF T&M solutions, AC/DC Power, Electrical Safety, Power Quality, as well as a proven track record in technical sales.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and sales partners to identify and meet their needs
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities and sales strategies
• Understand customer requirements and provide technical advice and recommendations
• Evaluate customer needs and priorities to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide sales forecasts and track sales performance relative to objectives
• Analyse customer feedback and develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
• Provide technical support to customers and sales partners
• Develop and deliver product training and presentations
• Attend trade shows and conferences to promote products and services
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 3+ years of work experience in RF Test & Measurement
• Bachelor’s Degree in electrical/electronic Engineering or related field
• Strong technical knowledge of RF, Test & Measurement products and services
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills in English and Dutch
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to travel as needed
• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales management tools
• Living in The Netherlands
• Full Driving License

Benefits:

• Salary €70k - €80k DoE
