As an Academy Content Consultant - you will join the broader Customer Experience Group. You will be an integral part of the Academy team, which functions as our internal product education provider .
Your role will be to empower and inspire Bloomreach users through intuitive onboarding processes and ongoing product education. Helping them to become independent users of our Bloomreach Solutions.
Leveraging instructional design principles you will create engaging educational content that helps drive key business outcomes. As the primary owner of your projects, you will see them from start to finish and have the opportunity to collaborate cross-departmentally.
We’ll provide the tools and resources to maximize your experience in close collaboration with more senior Content Consultants, Operational Specialists, and various Subject Matter Experts throughout the organization. All while welcoming your new perspective and new ideas!
As an Academy Content Consultant, your job will be to:
Design and develop engaging and effective learning experiences, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, quizzes, and other supporting learning resources.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to analyze learning needs, gather content, and define learning objectives.
Apply instructional design principles and best practices, challenge current processes, and drive innovation.
Supervise the video post-production process with our external vendor, managing production schedules and ensuring brand consistency.
Facilitate productive cross-departmental collaboration to support product adoption, ensuring regular and effective promotion and knowledge sharing.
Contribute to the wider team initiatives focused on portfolio optimization, modularization, and the creation of learning journeys.
Own a selection of courses and ensure proper maintenance and constant improvements.

You have the following experience and qualities:
Strong command of English (B2+)
Be adept at working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Project Management skills: attention to detail, effective communication, and time management skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Eagerness to quickly learn about new topics
Ability to innovate and solve problems creatively
Motivation and willingness to work on large, time-sensitive projects
Interest in cross-departmental collaboration
Previous experience in teaching or the customer education sphere is a plus
