Position: Vacancy with MOVE
The Move Foundation is looking for students who want to commit themselves to equality of opportunity!
Are you that enthusiastic and enterprising student who wants to commit to equality of opportunity? Then we are looking for you!
In February/March a new round of Move your Neighbourhood (/Move je Buurt) projects will start! Schools are eager to participate. Children aged 10 to 12 participate in the projects, these are the last 2 years of primary school. The participating schools are mainly located in Amsterdam Nieuw West/New West.
Take action together (with a team of other students) for your city! Organize a dinner show for the elderly with the children or create a graffiti artwork to cheer up the neighborhood… Boost up the neighborhood!
Responsibilities:
Make a positive contribution in a neighborhood where it is needed;
Give children a glimpse into your life as a student;
Get training in didactic and coaching skills;
Build your resume and network;
Work together with four other students;
Time commitment: 3 to 5 months, 2 to 4 hours per week;
Starting period:
February/March 2023.
