Een onderwijsinstelling in Nederland zoekt een Teamleider Onderbouw die coachend en resultaatgericht leidinggeeft aan een docententeam. In deze rol neem je de verantwoordelijkheid voor schoolontwikkeling en de kwaliteit van onderwijs. Je brengt rust en structuur, terwijl je ook zorgt dat plannen werkelijkheid worden. Met een contract in schaal 12, biedt deze rol een bruto salaris tussen de € 4.817 en € 7.020.

De ideale kandidaat heeft ervaring in het voortgezet onderwijs en beschikt over Hbo-/wo-werk- en denkniveau.
