Een organisatie voor zorg en ondersteuning in Nederland zoekt een enthousiaste Ambulant Persoonlijk Begeleider Scholen voor 14-18 uur per week. In deze rol bied je ondersteuning aan kinderen in het speciaal onderwijs, gericht op hun sociaal-emotionele ontwikkeling. Je werkt samen met leerkrachten en zorgprofessionals en draagt bij aan individuele ontwikkelingsplannen. Een mbo 4 diploma in Zorg of Welzijn en ervaring met de doelgroep zijn vereist.
