You will shape how thousands of members experience our coworking, meeting and event spaces, lounges and gyms across Europe. As our Membership Products Director, you set the vision for spaces that feel great to be in and perform brilliantly for the business. You sit at the heart of Membership, connecting design, tech, brand and commercial thinking into one clear product story.

You turn insight, behaviour and data into spaces people love and products that scale. You test, learn and build what comes next, always with one eye on the vibe and one on the numbers. You will work closely with senior leaders, local teams and partners to bring bold ideas to life.

Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.

What You’ll Do

Set and own the product vision for our Membership portfolio, from coworking and meetings to lounges and gym spaces.

Shape end to end member journeys across space, service, tech and digital touchpoints.

Define space strategies and design principles that guide architects and designers from concept to opening.

Select, improve and scale the tech that powers access, bookings, billing and daily use for members and teams.

Drive commercial performance by reviewing utilisation, guiding capacity and building strong investment cases.

Spot and launch new revenue opportunities that grow value per member without hurting the experience.

Lead pilots with local teams and turn what works into clear, scalable playbooks.

What You’ll Have

You have 10+ years of product leadership experience in coworking, membership clubs or premium fitness.

You bring proven ownership of a P&L and a strong record of growing revenue through product decisions.

You have worked closely with architects and interior designers to turn brand ideas into high performing spaces.

You are comfortable with the full member tech stack, from CRM and access control to automated billing and booking platforms.

You have led products across multi-site, multi-country portfolios.

You bring strong data skills and enjoy finding the story behind utilisation and financial performance.
