Senior Technical Designer / Delivery Architect

Overview
Jak Consultancy is partnering with a leading international design and delivery firm to recruit a Senior Technical Designer / Delivery Architect for a major on‑site project in Amsterdam. This is a long‑term opportunity to join a high‑profile, multi‑floor development and play a key role in technical delivery throughout 2026.
Required:
a senior professional who is confident working on site and able to take ownership of technical coordination across the project.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical delivery across an 11‑floor large‑scale project.
Produce, coordinate and manage detailed technical drawings in Revit.
Resolve complex BIM and Revit issues independently.
Oversee drawing packages and maintain high technical standards.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants and internal teams.
Attend regular site meetings and contribute to project planning.
Ensure compliance with building regulations and project specifications.
Support smooth delivery from design through to construction.
Required Experience & Skills
Senior‑level experience as a Technical Designer or Delivery Architect.
Strong BIM knowledge with advanced Revit capability.
Proven experience working on site on large‑scale projects.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical drawing challenges.
Highly organised and able to manage multiple work streams.
Comfortable working within a delivery‑focused team environment.
Must be currently based in Amsterdam.
Available for an immediate start.
Able to commit to full‑time site presence.
